It’s located in a quiet small side street connecting Frishman and Gordon Street.

All amenities, such as shops, busses, taxis, restaurants are in walking distance.It’s a 1o minute walk away from the beach.

It’s suited for no more than two non-smoking persons. No pets. There is a weekly cleaning service. The apartment has a

Plasma TV, WiFi, Washing machine and A/C. There is no Microwave, nor a dishwasher. I simply don’t like them, that’s why.
You are welcome to send me an email, if you are interested in renting it for any period. Minimum rental is two weeks and

maximum is 2 months. The rent differs according to season and length of stay. Please be in touch for any more questions.

In 2011, the rent will be varying from  € 350,-  up to  €420,-p.w. depending  on the  Season.
The rent includes water, gas, TV,WIFI, Air Conditioning. Electricity and cleaning are charged extra.
